a myth- a reality or is it just an employers' tool

well job satisfaction, really dont think it exists. haven't come accross one person who seems to be satisfied with their job. being content is a momentary state of mind that might exist circumstantially but that in no ways is a measure of the job or their associated functions. i wouldn't be too surprised i figured that the phrase awas actually coined by an employer. from what i understand people do not like to work in frameworks or systems, it curbs their feeling emotions and momentary desires. it is just because of these systems that we have to work within these grids and slots that restrict our fluid inner-selves
