well job satisfaction, really dont think it exists. haven't come accross one person who seems to be satisfied with their job. being content is a momentary state of mind that might exist circumstantially but that in no ways is a measure of the job or their associated functions. i wouldn't be too surprised i figured that the phrase awas actually coined by an employer. from what i understand people do not like to work in frameworks or systems, it curbs their feeling emotions and momentary desire...
